• Business profile PDF download: Same analytics data as above if downloaded from website. No tracking if shared via email unless you click back to our site.
• Marketing/ad interactions: If you arrive from Facebook/X ads: Pixel event data (page views, form submits).

We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., ID numbers, financial details, health data) unless you voluntarily send it in a message — and we never ask for it.
